Raspberry's Face

I might be biased, but this is the cutest little face I've ever laid eyes on. Seriously, I have never been so enraptured by the face of another, even though it's all grainy and x-ray-like. For those of you who aren't sure what you're looking at, you're above Raspberry looking down at the top of the head and can see the eyes, nose and cheekbones. An arm is crossed in front. This ultrasound was not on my doctor's agenda for yesterday's prenatal visit, but my husband and I begged (sort of). We were hoping to find out the sex, but Raspberry was feeling shy and not showing us much. We caught a glimpse of a little something down there, but the doctor said it could mean anything - boy or girl. So we will have to wait until December 10th to know for sure. I'm super glad we talked the doctor into it, though, because I just adore this face. There were other pictures we took home, as well, but this one is my favorite.
